About the ‘L’ Section
The ‘L’ section is a mature neighbourhood found in the community of Westgate in Bramalea and it’s boundaries are East of Highway 410, South of Willam’s Parkway, West of Dixie Rd. and North of Queen St.
Homes in the area which include detached, semi detached, townhouses and condos were built over 30 years ago and are desirable to home buyers who love older neighbourhoods with lots of trees and uniquely designed homes. What’s interesting about the ‘L’ section is that every street starts with the letter ‘L’ (example: Laurelcrest, Lancewood etc.).
Within the ‘L’ section is Bramalea Woods one of Brampton’s best kept secret. It is surrounded by parks, forest, lake, walking trails and breathtaking scenery. Here you will find luxury detached homes on large lots, some backing onto the forest, semi detached homes and condo townhouse, a selection with walkout basements with views of the woods.
The ‘L’ Section has a lot to offer whether your single or married with small or large family. It is ideally situated near public transportation, and is minutes away to Highway 410 and is within walking distance to Bramalea City Centre, restaurants such as Moxies Bar and Grill and Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill to name a few, 410 at 7 Centre, the public library, parks and walking trails.
