The Homestead Townhouse Complex
The Homestead Townhouse Complex, located in Fletcher’s Meadow, is one of just 14 Brampton’s neighbourhoods that earned the “great Neighbourhood” distinction in 2001, and it’s easy to see why. With easy access to transit, a well planned, urban layout, numerous amenities close by, and lower condo fees than most of the nearby neighbourhoods, The Homestead Townhouse Complex has become a sought-after neighbourhood for first time buyers and investors alike.
